Tin used to play a significant economic role. Until a few years ago, pewter was also a popular collector's item – ranging from tin jugs, tin plates, tin vases, tin figurines or tin tableware. Nowadays, there are unfortunately hardly any collectors left who are willing to pay more for these collectibles than their actual material value. Today, 80% of the world's demand for tin is covered by recycled tin, and used tin usually consists of over 90% tin. The remaining 10% usually consists of lead, copper, zinc, or other non-ferrous metal alloys. In addition to scrap tin, we also purchase tin bars and tin in any other form at the highest daily prices.

Of course, it is a great pity that nowadays there are only a few collectors who appreciate the nostalgic value of tin soldiers, pewter plates, pewter cups, pewter mugs, pewter vases, or other pewter tableware. No appointment necessary. You will receive payment in cash on the spot at the current daily rates. These depend on the tin content and the current market price. We can determine the tin content on site using an XRF (X-ray fluorescence analyzer) and pay you for the tin based on these contents. Of course, we also purchase tin alloys. As a private individual, all you need is a valid ID card or passport plus confirmation of registration or a similar official document confirming your address.
