Usually we can offer you an appointment for your household clearance very soon. If we need to place a container because of the amounts of material to dispose, the time frame can extend a bit. If you have a privately owned place to put the container like a driveway, front yard or something similar, everything is fine and we are happy to place a container shortly. If you don’t have a privately owned space to place the container, we need to request a permission for street use at your local community. Depending on said city or community, this can take up to 14 days, which need to be taken into account when planning. Of course, we will organize the permission for street use for you, but we still want you to know, that it can take up to 14 days to get it. We are able to tell you at our viewing appointment if a container is needed – just ask us.

There have been many changes over the years, which types of objects from decluttering and household clearances still have a value and marketable. We are happy to buy objects, that still have a market value. Please note though, that not everything that is in good condition, is also asked for on the market.

After decluttering or clearing out your household, we will take care of the disposal of any waste. We separate and dispose of all waste professionally as we are a certified disposal facility – you ca rely on that!

If you wish so, we can also take out your carpet and take down your wallpaper or tile. We always leave the apartments and houses swept, so you can begin with renovating or give it back to your landlord immediately – this way you don’t lose money by having an empty apartment.

Of course you can carry out your decluttering or house clearance yourself as well. We are happy to help you with this project as well. We, as Jörg Aulfinger GmbH & Co. KG are happy to place a container at your property for your disposal or lend you a car trailer to transport your wastes to one of our recycling yards. These are in Stuttgart-Feuerbach and Möglingen near Ludwigsburg. For the rental of a trailer, you just need to call us to reserve the trailer and then pay a deposit, which you get back as soon as the trailer is back and intact – no rental fees of any sort.
